Terms of service

The rules for using Zyntra: accounts, plans and payment, cancellation, acceptable use and liability.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Who you have a contract with

Zyntra (the “Service”) is run by Yan Lypnytskyi, whose details are at the end of this page (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. What the Service is

Zyntra gives your team receive-only email addresses on zyntramail.com and lets you read the mail delivered to them over a REST API, a Node.js SDK, an MCP server and a web dashboard. It is a tool for testing software you build or are authorized to test. It does not send email, and it is not a personal mailbox.

3. Your account and API keys

You sign in with Google, GitHub or a link sent to your email address. The address you use must be yours and current.

Keep your API keys secret. Anyone who has one can read your team's mail. You are responsible for what is done with your account and your keys; if a key leaks, delete it in the dashboard and create a new one.

4. Plans, limits and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly in advance, through Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires. The current plans, prices and limits are on the pricing page.

Each plan has monthly limits. When a limit is reached, mail that arrives is not stored and API requests are refused until the limits reset or you upgrade. Mail is deleted automatically after the retention period of your plan.

We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance by email.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the dashboard. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Payments are not refunded, in whole or in part, including for unused time.

This does not limit any right to withdraw from the contract or to a refund that mandatory consumer law gives you. If you are a consumer in the European Union and want a paid plan to start straight away, you agree that we begin providing it before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to: register accounts in bulk on services you do not own or are not authorized to test; get around another service's sign-up or verification checks; receive spam, phishing or unlawful content; receive real people's personal data beyond what your tests need; probe, overload or interfere with the Service or its users; or resell access to it.

We may reject mail at the door to prevent abuse, for example mail from social networks.

7. Your content

The mail delivered to your addresses, and its attachments, is yours or its senders'. You give us the right to receive, store, process and show it to your team only as needed to provide the Service. We do not read it, except when we need to for support you asked for, for security, or because the law requires it. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Mail is deleted after the retention period of your plan. Do not use the Service as the only copy of anything you need to keep.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors, and we offer no service-level agreement. We may take it down for maintenance. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something your paid plan relies on, we will tell you in advance.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, including mail deleted at the end of its retention period or not stored because a limit was reached. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intentional harm, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or that we are required to close by law. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for a good reason, such as a change in the law or in the Service. We will tell you about a material change by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel before then.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered address in Warsaw. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may also bring a claim there.
